Spring Startup: Install new battery in controller if required; connect all electrical connections; open all water valves and program the controller.
Fall Blowout: Blowout the entire system with high pressure air (with design safety limits); Disconnect all electrical connections and remove battery.
Submit a written proposal to community manager if required for any/all repairs needed on the system.
Monitoring of sprinkler system monthly for service and/or needed adjustments.
