Sales Assistant 

Support our sales team with site measuring for grounds and snow contracts; plan design and products; client event planning, promotional ideas and client gifts; attend trade shows and client events with sales team; marketing materials; assist with client billing; maintain electronic property maps; generate client service requests; handle client relations when sales team is out of office.  Experience should include 2-3 years in landscaping design or similar position with basic plant knowledge; strong PC skills including windows, excel and power point; Pro-Landscape a plus; ability to multi task, take initiative and manage time in and out of office.  

Grounds/ Mowing Supervisor 

Oversee 4-5 mowing crews for scheduling; quality of work; safety; new employee training; assist on crew if needed; check sites; work with sales team and clients on site requests; track equipment and repairs.  Typical Mon- Thurs schedule.  Position is year round with snow removal section manager duties in the winter.

Grounds Crews

Duties Include mowing, light pruning, and weeding.  Crews work 4- 10 hour days; paid weekly 

Landscaping Crews

Duties include soft landscape projects including mulch, rock, and plantings, both tear out and new installs.  Crews work 4-10 hour days, paid weekly 

Irrigation Technicians

Duties include: start ups, winterizing, monthly checks, repairs, system upgrades, and installation of new systems.  1-2 years of experience with commercial systems preferred, acceptable driving record needed. 

Fertilizer and Tree Application Technicians

Experience preferred.  A&E Commercial Pesticide License required, acceptable driving record required

Automotive & Small Engine Mechanic

Inspecting, diagnosing and repairing company vans, vehicles and equipment for 2 fleets of vehicles, as part of the service crew. Manage your work load and assist with keeping the fleet maintenance system up to date on all preventive maintenance and repairs. 
May also work on snow removal equipment and all lawn maintenance equipment. Work as part of a 4 person team. 

Position is year-round, salary with benefits. Hours will fluctuate with snow removal season. 

• Experience as auto technician/mechanic
• Small equipment knowledge and snow equipment knowledge preferred
• Previous experience with large fleet of vehicles a plus
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Organization skills and flexibility to manage changing priorities
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain
